Macarons video 09/26/2009
 
Nowadays, macarons have gone worldwide, chefs gone mad with their creative recipes with truffle, foie gras, fruit flavours, macarre and many more.  This biscuit is very tempting and so delicious.  Last year I went to the boutique of  Pierre Herme  in Paris to buy some of them as I was so curious to discover the flavour in them.  Without any doubt one of the best macarons I have ever tasted.  It will worth to stop there if you travel to Paris.

It's a fantastic website for any chef looking for culinary trends, products information, wines, techniques, news, chef's information and recipes.
However, Cuisiner en Ligne is not translated in English, but some of their videos are self explanatory, so enjoy it!
